Check-in/Sponsor Information
The University Club of Chicago guest rooms have the following times for check-in and out:

Check-in: 3 p.m.
Check-out: 12 p.m.

Late check-out must be preapproved with the Front Office on the day of departure to avoid additional charges.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, our policy requires notification of at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A one night room charge and surcharge will be applied if you fail to cancel your reservation.

Sponsoring Guest Rooms
Our guest rooms are available for you, your family, friends and business associates. Simply call Reservations at 312.726.2840. Your guests are able to enjoy all of the Club's facilities, such as pool, Fitness Center, restaurants, meeting rooms and Library.
