Group Exercise


Group Exercise Classes are a great way to be challenged, build camaraderie and have FUN while exercising. Classes are structured to meet the needs of everyone and are scheduled at convenient early morning, lunch, and evening times. Our professional instructors provide great workouts that make you sweat and have fun. If you are new to class, introduce yourself to your instructor to help you integrate into the class with ease.

One of the many benefits of being an Athletics member is the complimentary group exercise classes. We encourage you to stop on the lower level in Studio B and try member favorites like yoga, pilate’s ball and bar, zumba, spinning, running group, and quick fit.
