Strength Training Center

On the top floor of the University Club is our state-of-the-art Strength Training Center- an apt location for such a high priority in your lifestyle. We have equipped this center with the latest, most innovative equipment: Precor elliptical trainers, treadmills and bikes, Stairmaster Gauntlet, Life Fitness weight machines, free weights and much more.

Our professional, certified and educated staff are always on hand to assist with your workout. In addition, our one on one personal training sessions or our exclusive Executive Fitness Planner program are great ways to let our personal training team evaluate and design a workout plan specific to your individual needs.

The Athletics Department offers a wide variety of group exercise classes with great instructors. Yoga, pilates and indoor cycling are very popular and our sports conditioning classes are designed to help improve your sport specific skills.
