      Located on the twelfth floor, our Strength Training Center is equipped with the latest, most innovative equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. One-on-one personal training and group sessions are available with our certified staff.

      The eleventh floor squash facility includes a state-of-the-art, regulation doubles court, four International singles courts and two more courts on the twelfth floor. Our cardio center boasts floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of Millennium Park and ample area to relax, stretch and workout on one of our 29 pieces of equipment.

      Golf Center

      Tee off on the world’s best courses, rain or shine, on our two Full Swing golf simulators on the fifth floor of the 30 South Michigan building.       Aquatics & Group Exercise Center

      Create your own fitness routine in the Aquatics and Group Exercise Center. Choose from classes like yoga and Pilates or challenge yourself to join our 50- and 100-mile swim clubs by tracking your progress through weekly logs. Private swim lessons are available by appointment.

      Facilities include:

ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT HOURS OF OPERATION

 Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–8 p.m. Pool closes at 7:30 .m. Reservations are required for lap swim. See Athletic staff to make a reservation.
 Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pool closes at 4 p.m. Reservations are required for lap swim. See Athletic staff to make a reservation.
Advanced pool reservations are required to guarantee space and no overcrowding. Reservations are limited and can be made via online reservation system. The co-ed whirlpool operates on a first come, first served basis and require sign-in upon entry. 
During business hours members can contact the athletic staff at extension 254 or 122 to make a pool lane reservation.  

PRO SHOP HOURS Monday-Friday  9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Call extension 122 if no staff available in pro shop. 

LOCKER ROOM RESERVATIONS
Members must reserve a space in the locker rooms. Please reserve your space on Club Locker.
Personal trainers', physical therapist, massage therapists', and squash pros' hours vary. Contact the Athletics Department at 312.696.2265 to schedule an appointment. Athletic members may check their availability on Club Locker.

University Club Athletic Attire Policy
When using Athletic facilities at the Club, attire should reflect a respectful, conservative style appropriate for the type of exercise being practiced. Shoes must be worn in all areas (except the Group Exercise and Aquatics Center). Any color clothing may be worn in any area. Shirts with profanity and hats are prohibited.

Squash Attire
Shoes with non-marking soles are required (no running shoes allowed on courts). Protective eyewear is mandatory. Shirts with sleeves are required for men.
